Hi I'm Suzi O'Sullivan, a certified sleep consultant and mum to two young boys.
Like many parents, I know what it's like to run on broken sleep and feel unsure about how to improve it. When my eldest was a toddler, we introduced gentle sleep strategies that completely transformed bedtime into a calmer, more positive experience - and that's what led me to train as a sleep consultant.
Now, through Little Monkeyzzz, I support families in creating healthy, realistic sleep habits that work for both the child and their family, without using the "cry it out" approach.
I work with expectant parents, newborns, and children up to four years of age. Every family I work with receives a fully personalised plan, tailored to their child,their routine, and their parenting style - because there's no one-size-fits-all when it comes to sleep.
Although I'm based in Cork, all consultations are help online, so I can support families wherever they are.
I also bring over 10 years' experience working in healthcare as a care assistant, along with a degree in Social Care, which supports my understanding of child development and family needs.
I trained with Susan Wallace of Settled Petals, and I am a FEDANT accredited and registered sleep consultant.

If you decide to move forward with my support, I will send you a questionnaire via email to gather all the information related to your little one and their sleep. Once you complete this and return it to me, I will use the details to create personalised sleep plans tailored for your child. Additionally, I provide newborn sleep advice and sleep training support to help you through this process. Please note that payment must be made in full before our Zoom call, which can be completed through either Revolut or Paypal.
After creating your personalised sleep plans, we will schedule a one-hour Zoom call to discuss the details and explore how you can implement this newborn sleep advice to assist your little one with their sleep. Following our call, I will email you the sleep plan. At this point, you'll decide whether you prefer to work through the plan independently or if you would like to receive my sleep training support for two weeks as well.
For the two weeks following the zoom call (if you have selected this option), we will communicate daily to provide you with the newborn sleep advice you need. I will offer any additional support to help you implement the personalised sleep plans successfully for your little one. We can communicate through either emails or WhatsApp messages, which you will have decided prior to starting the two-week support. At the end of the second week, we will have another zoom call to ensure you have everything you need to continue using the plan and receive the necessary sleep training support.
Your little one may be only a few weeks old and might be more alert by night than by day, leaving you exhausted as a result. This is totally normal, and I can provide you with effective newborn sleep advice to help support your little one in developing a better daytime routine. With my personalised sleep plans, you'll receive tailored guidance and sleep training support to make this transition smoother.
