My name is Suzi O'Sullivan and I am a mother to two young boys, I have 2 under 2 so our family is used to being a busy household, including having broken night's sleep. We used sleep training with our eldest when he was 13/14 months and it helped make his bedtime routine more of a positive experience. Also whilst studying with Susan Wallace of Settled Petals to become a Sleep Consultant I used sleep strategies with both boys successfully. At Little Monkeyzzz, my goal is to help families establish healthy sleep habits that will benefit all the family, without using the 'Cry It Out' method. Instead we use sleep strategies tailored to suit your child.
I can offer support to expectant parents, parents of newborns all the way up to children four years of age. I want to work with families and adapt the advice to suit their child. Every child is different so therefore each sleep support plan I create, will be personalised to suit each child, this is not 'a one size fits all' approach. I am based in Cork but since I am offering an online consultation, I can help you wherever you live in the country and also if you live abroad.
The course I completed is FEDANT accredited and I am also registered with FEDANT.

You can send me a message on Instagram, send an email or send me a WhatsApp message to book in to have a 15 minute consultation call. During this conversation you explain what you need support with and we can determine if I can give you the support you need.
If you decide to go ahead with my support, next I will send you a questionnaire in an email and you will give me all the information relating to your little one and their sleep. Once you have completed this and send it back to me I will use this information to create a personalised sleep plan for your child.
(Payment will need to occur in full before the zoom call takes place, this can happen either through Revolut or Paypal).
Having created your sleep plan we will then arrange a zoom call for one hour where we will go through the plan in detail and talk about how you are going to use this, to help your little one when it comes to their sleep. I will then email you the sleep plan, once we have completed the call. You will have decided at this stage whether you want to just work away with the plan on your own or whether you want the two week support from me as well.
For the two weeks after the zoom call (if you have selected this option) we will communicate daily and I will offer any additional support you may need to support your little one and implement the plan successfully. We will talk through either emails or WhatsApp messages (again you will have decided this prior to the two week support starting). At the end the second week we will have another zoom call to make sure you have everything you need to continue using the plan.
Your little one may be only a few weeks old and might be more alert by night than by day and you are exhausted as a result. This is totally normal and I could easily help you to support your little one to get into a better day time routine.
Do you know how many naps your little one should have at this age? How long should the wake windows be throughtout the day? How long should your little one be sleeping for during the day? I can help answer all these questions.
Waking up during the night is exhausting for all the family, we've all been there but there are ways to help with this. Looking at sleep environment and nap schedule is a start.
Bedtime a constant battle? Taking an hour to two hours every night? Only going to bed for one particular person? Won't go asleep unless rocked or fed to sleep? Waking up and crying shortly after going to sleep? Can give support on all these areas and more and make bedtime more of a relaxed time for everyone.
Is your little one, waking up after 20/30 minutes of a nap and not wanting to go back to sleep? This could be as a result of a sleep association and we can easily work together on getting your little one sleeping longer during the day and getting the sleep needed. Only naps if pushing the buggy or driving in the car? All of this I can help to address.

This package would suit expectant parents or those who have a baby up to the age 16 weeks old.
It gives advice and tips on how to support their little one to get used to their new surroundings and create a good foundation when it comes to their infant's sleep. You get a 1 hour zoom call and after you are emailed a personalised sleep support plan.
Cost: 120 euro
This is the Newborn Sleep Support Package plus 2 weeks support through either emails or WhatsApp messages daily and a Second 1 hour zoom call at the end of the fortnight.
Cost: 200 euro
This package would suit parents of an infant from the age of 16 weeks up to 4 years age. It looks at various things that may be affecting your child's sleep both by day and night. This can include nap schedules, bedtime routine, sleep associations etc. You get a 1 hour zoom call and after you are emailed a personalised sleep support plan.
Cost: 150 euro
This is the Infant or Toddler Sleep Support Package plus 2 weeks support through either emails or WhatsApp messages daily and a Second 1 hour zoom call at the end of the fortnight.
